1. Cancellation Policy
Before Order is Shipped
- You may cancel the order (or any item) before it is shipped. If payment has already been made, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
After Order is Shipped
- Cancellation is not possible once the order has been shipped. You may request a return after receiving the product — see the Return Process below.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product or clear quality issues
- For hygiene & safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
3. Return Process
- Go to My Orders in your account.
- Select the item and click Request Return. Upload photo proof if the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
- If approved: We will arrange a pickup from your address.
- After inspection, we will issue a Credit Note or process a refund as per the selected method.
4. Refunds & Credit Notes
- COD cancellations before delivery: No charges; no refund needed.
- Paid orders: We may issue a Credit Note of equal value or refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the return is approved.
5. Exceptions
- Products labeled “Non-Returnable” on the product page cannot be returned.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
